Bonjour Baby is a play-based class that introduces the French language and culture to children ages 6M-8 years old! Music, movement, hands-on activities, and games will teach children French in a fun way!
Bilingual children learn faster and easier and have improved problem-solving skills and creativity. They also find it easier to connect with other cultures which makes them more open-minded, empathetic, and tolerant of diversity, and they are less likely to experience age-related mental illness as they reach old age. It’s much easier to learn a second language at an early age and the fun introduction to learning a language will help to spark their love to learn in the future.
The cost per season is $165, and each additional sibling is 50% off. A non-refundable deposit/registration fee of $25 is required to reserve placement. If you pay for the class in full the deposit fee is waived. You also have the option to pay in 4 installments of $40. Payments can be made via Zelle, Venmo (Venmo username Tara-Sky), cash, or check. The Fall 2022 season consists of 12 weekly classes.

Tara Menendez has more than 15 years’ teaching experience and she holds a B.A. in French from the University of North Texas. She has spent time living in southern France as well as French-speaking Africa, where she served as a Peace Corps Volunteer for 2 years. See her teaching students in Cameroon in the video below.
